Saved Drafts

Team, 

I've set up the "username" to capture who is collecting data in Survey123 on the form we're using. The problem is, one of our users has saved the data as a draft. After they have signed in, when they go to send the collected data, they receive the "required message error" because it didn't capture their login info. Please advise.

Hi Michael,

The username type of question should not be required; it is automatically filled in and can't be edited by the user.

Just to check, is the data in the Drafts or the Outbox folder?  It sounds like it's in the Outbox, if they are trying to send it directly.  If that's the case, have them log in and open the forms that need to be sent, and then save to the Outbox again or send the data- it should populate with the username at that point.
