All,

I have attached an image showing the logs for our server install, I think this may be some sort of permissions error but not sure....

has anyone else encountered this issue?

Also, I noticed the SampleWorldCities service has a continual status of "stopping"

Have you checked this thread? The arcgis local user account might not have the appropriate permissions to the arcgisserver folder.

Failed to start server machine.

Also could be your ram and cpu maxing out causing them to fail when starting. Open task manager and click the performance tab and watch as you start your services.

well for some reason just restarting the service worked!

I just don't understand it sometimes, no real rhyme or reason...just restart, it works, how come....not sure
