Hi! I'd like to know if it's possible to have two labels in the Category Axis of a serial chart. By default, it only shows one label (see the SerialChart1.jpg image attached). I want the serial chart to show two labels in the Category Axis just like the SerialChart2.jpg image attached (I drew the second label so you picture the final result).

This is not currently possible in Operations Dashboard. Please submit an enhancement request on the ArcGIS Ideas site.
