If you write a bunch of errors to the reviewer table that are from a geodatabase table, you can't select the related rows from the original table.
Not sure if this is a bug?

We are using v10.3.1.
I didn't even try one record at a time. That does seem to work. Multiple records would be ideal.

What version of DR are you using? You should be able to select related row, just for one record at a time though.
It would be a nice enhancement to select related row for more than one record at a time. I've needed this many times on my current project I'm working on.
