Community Resident Survey - Want to Add a Picture to a Question

I am using Survey 123 on my desktop through a Chrome browser; I have designed a community survey and would like to have a picture question. The platform shows that as a possible question type, but does not let me use the "Browse images or use camera" option. Nothing really is clickable/working on the right sidebar aside from creating a Label and a Hint.

I don't use the webbuilder to often so there may other options but;

looks like you can add a note above that question and add an image
