Admin Account without named user license needed

• Discussed that the ArcGIS Online organization account has a limit of only two members, and every attempt to create a new member results in a "member limit exceeded" error.
• The user is the current administrator and does not want any user type or license assigned to their own account.
• The administrator wants to create a new member so that the available licenses can be assigned to that member instead.
• The requirement is for the admin account to remain without a user type, role, or license assignment.
• Informed that it is not possible, as it is by design that a member should be assigned a role

If both existing accounts must remain active, you have maxed out your organizational capacity. You will need to contact Esri sales to purchase an additional User Type seat to increase your member limit from 2 to 3.
