Deleting Old Answers to Updated Single Choice Question

I'm working on a Survey123 form with teammates. The form was originally created in the web version of Survey123, but was then published and has been updated in Survey123Connect. 

The form includes a single choice question that originally had the answers "Yes", "No", and "I'm not sure". However, a team member requested we change these to "True", "False", and "I'm not sure". These are the only options available within the XLSForm. There are no submissions that include Yes or No as choices selected.

However, when I open the form in ArcGIS Survey123 and navigate to Data, "Yes" and "No" are still listed as possible options to the question. Is there any way I can permanently remove them from the options list here?

They are likely being stored in a coded value domain with the feature layer.  Go to the feature service in AGOL, click the Data tab, click the Fields button. If you have more than one layer in the service, use the drop down to select the appropriate layer.  Click the field that has the values you want to clear from the list. It should show a domain list, click edit next to the domain and it will open a pop-up that lets you add new domain values, re-order them, and if you click the 3 horizontal dots, there is an option to delete a value from the list.
