Issues with Survey123 Connect, Field Maps, and Submission URL for ArcGIS Enterprise

I've been working on integrating Survey123 with ArcGIS Enterprise to populate related tables, specifically using Field Maps instead of Collector. I followed guidance from various resources, including the article on populating related tables from a Survey123 feature service.

While setting up the survey in Survey123 Connect, I encountered a data validation error when trying to fill out the name field with GUID, as recommended in the guides. Additionally, I'm facing issues with the submission url in Survey123 Connect. I encountered the error: "The custom feature service submission_url is not compatible with this survey" when trying to publish my survey.

I'm wondering if there are specific considerations for using a portalUrl field since I am working with ArcGIS Enterprise instead of ArcGIS Online. Has anyone else experienced similar challenges when using Field Maps with Survey123 to populate related tables? Are there specific adjustments needed to resolve these issues and ensure seamless integration with ArcGIS Enterprise?

I have been stumbling through a similar process, but linking to a Survey123 survey that populates a related table via a hyperlink in a webmap in Experience Builder. My first thought is to double check that the form_id field in the settings tab has the name of your related table and that the submission_url field has the url of the feature service that contains your feature class and related table.

The most reliable way is to let 123 build it for you then compare against or use that copy.  Once you see what it should look like it helps a lot.  Table name matching gets a lot of people too.
