Help with Report Expressions for water quality data report

I am working on creating a feature report of my students' collected water quality data. I'd like for the report to have a function where in the column, the report can automatically express "YES" or "NO" on whether the results were within the acceptable range. Here is a screenshot of what I'm trying to do, but my expression keeps coming up with an error. I would love help in learning how to write the expressions correctly. Thanks for any help! I am a novice.

Is your water_temp question a number field,  it has been a while but you may have issues using less than/greater than comparison if it is a text field.  Shouldn't need quotes around a number.
