We are always looking for ways to simplify and supercharge your workflows; and so, we are cooking something special. A powerful new editing experience that brings the flexibility of layout design right into the context of the live view you are managing.
A new era of in-view editing
Imagine being able to update the content and layout of your project, initiative, event, or discussion board without leaving the live view.
Today, those live views are edited from the workspace only. If you have edited a site or page in Hub before, this new experience will feel familiar but promises to be more intuitive and powerful.
That’s what we are working on - a new in-view editing experience that empowers editors to:
- Add, remove, and reposition layout cards.
- Edit text and configure layout cards directly within the live view.
- Hide or show any layout card while they are still being drafted, awaiting collaboration or being reviewed.
- Control visibility based on groups or sharing access.
- Create, manage, and fully customize Tabs layout.

This gives you full control over your live view’s layout and keeps you focused on the story you are telling while maintaining the context of how it will appear to your audience.

- Variables – the ability to reference certain metadata like item title or the last sync date of a hosted feature within a Text field.
- Version history
- Undo/redo
- Copy/paste and duplicate cards or layouts
- Reusable layouts to scale visuals and content management
