Survey123 Interactive Inbox Map

I was wondering if the map that displays in the Inbox page is capable of being interactive, as a way to open the form for the selected feature, and populating the data associated with the selected feature.

Here's my current use case:

This is a storm water basin inspection form/map. We have dozens of basins, some with confusing numbering, so I have suggested that inspectors reference the map for help determining the number of the basin they're standing at to inspect. I was asked if they'd be able to just click on the polygon in this map tab, rather than going back to the list and searching for the record in the Inbox so they can add their inspection as a repeat/related record.

If you have existing data in the feature, the map should act the same way as the list, allowing a user to click on a location on the map and if the inbox is enabled, open the associated survey and edit it, i.e. add additional repeats.

Sounds like you have the inbox enabled already, but you will have to have the appropriate settings to allow editing from the inbox.

Edit:  You can also customize the inbox by setting query's to limit what each user sees. The following article is a good reference prepping for editing from the inbox. Also in the article it explains how to pull in previous repeats and allow previous repeat answers to be edited using the bind::esri:parameters field with "query" and "allowUpdates=true".

If you have a blank feature and would like the users to reference a separate existing feature to pull data from, that can be done via field maps and a custom url to open survey123 and populate fields
