how to visualize table-list from xlsform in a dashboard

Hey all, I created a survey using an xlsform and used the table-list appearance. I really like how the survey looks but I'm having trouble with visualizing this information on a dashboard. Each option "being easy to understand," "answering your questions," are all an individual field with the same domains. The question itself is an individual field with no domains.

When trying to visualize this information on a dashboard or webapp, how can I group this question to all of these answers? I want to be able to select a question, and all answers with their ratings appear.

Something like this may be what you are after:

objectID could be replaced by respondent or some other identifying field.

then make one of these table elements for each group of questions.

I am assuming you want it to look similar to the question, but have you thought about a series of Pie or Bar charts , You could group the main question on a tab, and then have a chart for each question which would be the count/percent of the way the question was answered.

Edit, I guess that just summarizes your data, as I re-read are you looking to see all the possible responses for an individual response?
