Hello, I am trying to publish a survey in Survey123 and I keep getting the error code 400: Unable to add feature service layer definition. I've tried closing out and re-opening the survey. I cannot find what this error means. Any help is much appreciated!

The survey is being published on ArcGIS Online. I ended up calling ESRI customer service and figured out it was a bug. I just had to make a copy of the survey and then I was able to publish it.

Is the survey being published to ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise. Additionally, does the survey contain questions that have identical names.
