ArcGIS Survey123 Not Filtering Only One of My Surveys

Question

I have recently not been able to filter one of my surveys. There is a total of 767 surveys and I want to filter by the last 30 days of surveys. When I try to filter in anyway it won't filter. It just spinning like it is refreshing. When I go to any of my other surveys I am able to filter. Another weird thing is another user in the group can filter the survey I am having trouble with. It seems to only be an issue with me. Again none of my other surveys are having trouble filtering.

Network issue? I find even on my fiber connection that the surveys page can be slow to respond to filters. I tend to have better luck filtering data via something like Experience Builder, or directly querying the FL.
