Hello,

I have a featureLayer with some attributes related to a parent standalone table containing contacts for example (relationship is defined between standalone table Contact and Point feature layer type 1-m with globalids).

In my  survey, I want to create a new point feature and either select an existing contact or create a new one. 

In XLSForm, I can populate a list of contact using the search command with the feature service url. 

But I can't find a way to create a new entry in the contact table. Is it possible with Survey123 ? 

I am using Survey123 Connect 3.21.62.

If the survey isn't connected to the search table directly, it should be possible with automation software such as Power Automate or Make. You'd need to add a feature to the layer that way, and it should how up in new Searches.
