Unable to upload photos from folder in survey123

Question

I have a survey that has 4 spots for photos. Previously a user could either take the photo with the camera or upload from their phone folder. As of this week, no one is able to upload from the folder anymore. Once a photo is selected in the folder, the app returns to the main page and there is no phone attached.

Please advise!

Yes, the photo just doesn't attach once I select it. If it opens in the browser, it does attach. Just not in the app. My sizes are set to 1280 for the photos I believe but that was never an issue. I could send you the form in a message? I dont think I am able to share publicly.

Weird.  In setting is it set to Size Unrestricted?

You say you can browse and pick a photo but then it does not show up?  Wondering if maybe a reserved work or some other thing in the form.  Can you post the entire form.

THank you! OK, I did this, and republished but it does not seem to fix my issue. I'm not running off of a survey123 template though. Any suggestions?
