Adding Fields to Feature Class built from Survey123

Question

I created a Survey123, and have 176 records (would be very tedious to enter into a new survey123 connect, but at this point I'd probably be done).

I need to make some changes, ie go from select 1 to select many, change a text answer to a number answer.

I hoped to build a new survey123connect and copy paste the data, but was unable to (even in Pro).

I started a new survey from the Feature Class, still had to do alot of changes but... I want to add a field to my feature class and there is not EDIT button, I also want to delete some FIELDS... Did I miss something in all my saves?

Why cant I edit the ie ADD FIELDS AND DELETE FIELDS?

Looks like you are trying to edit the view. Go to the actual layer instead.  123 makes these views by default but they are just pointers.  Look in AGOL you will see it.

I was trying , but there is no ADD FIELD tab like there is on other Layers... and in Settings I am not given the option to make the layer editable, in fact none of those options appear

Adding and deleting fields is best done at the Feature Layer's "Data" tab in AGOL, not via the survey.
