How to overcome Choice's limit if more than 5000?

Question

Hello Dears,

My survey form is simple with few questions however my choices are many for demographics section (state to district to Township to Towns to wards to CUs) to cascade will be more than 6000 I think the limit in Survey 123 form is 4,000 only. Could anyone help me with some tips? I did try external choices, but it doesn't work.

I am attaching the form with partial filled choices which are now more than 4000:(

Publish your choice options as a hosted feature layer or hosted table. Then use the search appearance to populate your choice list.
