I want to get rid of the grid lines around the answer choices for my questions. On the backend it looks fine, but when I test the survey on the frontend there are those boxes around the answer selections which I don't want.
You cannot change this. Your "front end" is the web interface, and that is just how it looks. Your "back end" is how it will look in the S123 Field App.
Unfortunately, Connect isn't the most well designed, and lacks a "This is a web form, so make it look like that" button
