JavsScript to call in a 3rd Party APIs in Survey123

I am hoping to create the functionality in a Survey123 form whereby I can use a 3rd Party API (specifically ProjectWise) to call in Metadata and potentially specific files. I have used a JavaScript script to call in attribute information from AGOL feature layers before so was looking to do the same with a third part API.

I am unsure if this possible however, is this functionality possible?

Certainly possible - I would reccomend checking out the javascript sample in survey123 connect. There is an example using openWeather.
