How to disable a parent menu item?

Hello everyone!

Does anyone know if is possible to disable a parent menu item from the top menu?  I have a page with 3 child items (one page for each item) but when the user click on the parent menu( "Help"), it opens a blank page (see image). I don't see a way to disable the click event on the top parent item. Any suggestions?

@JoseBarrios1 Well, the menu is used for page directing, and I assume you have a valid 'Help' page here.

If you do not want the parent to be clicked and redirected, using a folder might help with your case:
