Problem when entering new data Survey123

Good morning,

we are experiencing a problem when entering new data via Survey123. Basically at the end of the operations the login to the portal is continuously prompted. We are experiencing this problem with versions 3.15 through 3.17.I am attaching videos of the operations performed and logs of the app.
