I have a summary section in my survey that uses a concat calculation that adds a new line ("\n") when a question is answered. The new lines are showing in the Survey123 app, in the survey attribute table, and in the Survey123.com Form View. When I create a report for a survey, the summary answers are no longer separated with by the new lines. Is there a way to retain these new lines when creating a survey report?
@HeathMyers I was not able to recreate the issue in a test survey I put together (xlsx attached).
Are you able to confirm if you get the issue with the test survey or how you would modify the xlsx to reproduce the issue.
