Survey123 Inbox features not drawing properly on the map

Hi,

I published a form on survey123 connect that uses the inbox feature. The feature gets pulled in to the inbox alright, however, the features (blue layers) on the map are not sitting/drawing correcting - they are moving away from their position once the map is panned or zoomed in/out. This hasn't happened before, I just started noticing it on the tablet device. I tried the same form on a different tablet and a mobile phone and it work as expected. What could be the possible reason(s) for this behaviour?
