Survey123 not backing up data of different appended layers

Hello,

We have a survey with two layers, the second layer is appended to the first one for several respondents (belonging to the same household survey). We have issues with the backing up of the data where it seems the second layer is saved only for the first respondent, and not for the subsequent ones.

 

Attached the xls form (first layer is the a. group questions -second layer is all the other group questions).

Hi @WHOrATAAdminSupport ,

By 'Backing up', what mechanism are you using? Are you exporting to CSV, XLSX, file Geodatabase or another format?  If you are using the 'Export Data' button on the Survey123 website, you should export to a file geodatabase if there are multiple layers in the survey.
