Has anyone created ArcGIS webApp connecting to ArcGIS Server?

Hello All,
Has anyone created ArcGIS webApp connecting to ArcGIS Server?

I am coming across few issue when I connect to ArcGIS server using secured credential.

ArcGIS is not allowing to save the credentials, and unable to make webApp public as it always prompt for authentication.

 

Any help will be much appreciated..
