Maps (layers) with 3D city buildings

Hi all,

I am working with clients interested in 3D city information, with buildings.
Does Esri provide maps with 3D city buildings?
Do any of Esri's partners provide maps (layers) with 3D city buildings?
Softwares: ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Urban, Scene Viewer, etc
Location: Brazil (South America)

Many ArcGIS Urban customers, for example, are getting started with the 3D Basemaps Solution.

We do have some partners, such as PLWModelworks, who can build 3D models. Availability tends to vary widely around the world.
