INBOX EDITING Send Error

Question

WE have a survey that has been in use for 3+ years. We are having an issue when workers are trying to edit existing surveys. When they attempt to send in the updated survey they are receiving a generic "Send Error". Any ideas as to why we can no longer edit surveys via the inbox?

This survey was created from a feature service and I had to turn on the Allow geometry updates without m-value for the service.
