To create our survey to edit data directly to a feature class in our geodatabae, we have been following the steps How To: Create Survey123 for ArcGIS surveys that connect to non-federated ArcGIS Server services
I recently updated to SurveyConnect 3.11. After publishing the survey in Survey123 Connect, when I open the survey in the Survey123 web application to change some of the settings under "Collaborate" tab we get an error: Item does not exist or is inaccessible.
I'm at a loss of how to fix this. I've added the xls form below.

I am also having this issue and was wondering if someone came to a solution yet? Need this data to stay connected to the server for data collection, but cannot get past this to add the correct URL into the web map's point layer.
