After creating a space time cube by building a netCDF structure and aggregating points into hexagons then symbolizing them in a 3d scene, I would like to represent the fishnet or hexagonal geometry used to generate the netCDF so viewers can visualize the binned geometry on the map.

Since the aggregation bins are created to build netCDF file, can you expose them as part  of the output?

If you want to export the geometry represented by the space time cube, you can visualize the space time cube in 2D using the Visualize Space Time Cube in 2D and then export the feature.
