I want to access a layer's display filters, as in Symbology > Display filters, through arcpy. Is this possible?
The CIM spec doesn't seem to include display filters, and definition queries will not work in this case.

What kind of layer are you working with? I would expect to have it accessible via the CIM, does https://github.com/Esri/cim-spec/blob/1429b1bbba551c1614989a5e50552521d780bcd6/docs/v3/CIMVectorLaye... look like the kind of layer you have?
