ArcGIS Pro 2.8.2: Where can the “Build Frames & Cameras Tables” command be found?

I couldn’t figure out where the “Build Frames & Cameras Tables” command be found. It’s not populated in the geoprocessing pane.

You could access the tool after adding the tool to ArcGIS Pro.
