How does one limit areas searched for "Parking Spot Detection—USA" model in Detect Objects Using Deep Learning?

For the "Parking Spot Detection—USA" model in the Detect Objects Using Deep Learning tool in the Image Analyst toolbox in ArcGIS Pro, how does one limit areas searched for the number of parking spots?

I have imagery for our 312 square mile county, but I only want to look for the total number of parking spaces present for about 30 locations in the county. I do have parcel GIS data for the  locations I want to analyze.

The instructions at https://doc.arcgis.com/en/pretrained-models/latest/imagery/using-parking-spot-detection-usa.htm do not seem to say.
