- Actions - Actions allow you to give your dashboards a more focused context.
- Selectors - A selector describes any dashboard element that supports a selection change event
- URL Parameters - A URL parameter is a property that is added to a dashboard's configuration by its author that can be used to trigger actions.
- Configure actions on dashboard elements - Actions are configured on the source element, which is the element the user interacts with and triggers events.
- Configure actions on URL Parameters - Actions on URL Parameters are configured in the dashboard settings.
- Charts as the source of actions - Pie and Serial Charts both support having a selection made on them; that is, they support a selection-change event.
