SDE Log File Tables as Oracle Global Temporary Tables

ArcMap 10.8.1, Pro 2.7.2 creates the "sde logfile tables as Oracle Global Temporary Tables GTT when make a selection that exceeds the selection threshold, for the "data owner", "editor" and "viewer" users.
