Hi. I'm looking for ideas... We are looking at using Workforce to manage roadside pickup activities (debris, trash bags, animals). The only function missing is the ability for pickup teams to report and log a pickup when they are in the field. For example, a pickup team may be enroute to pickup a downed tree and notice a bunch of branches in the right of way they can throw in the truck. I have read ideas about using another mobile app (Survey123/QuickCapture) to create an assignment, which could work, but I can't figure out how to allow the app to assign the pickup to a mobile worker so they can then process the pickup (provide status and notes) while they are there.
Anyone have any ideas?
