Each year I bulk load around 300 assignments to one of our workforce projects. These assignments come from another system (called CAMS). To do this I use ArcGIS Pro using a bit of Arcade and the append tool to align the schemas (conditional statement and manually map the fields).
This has worked just fine up until now, after adding the assignments this year I've found that the assignments append to the assignments table just fine and they can be assigned to field workers happily too. However, the details of the assignments can no longer be edited in workforce, not be me (Admin) nor by any of the dispatchers.
Thus far I am at a loss as to why this is the case, anyone have any ideas?
