We have "Evaluate Data Quality" step showing "Validation rules" error the first time.
Next, we continue to edit data and make an additional error.
Next, run "Evaluate Data Quality" step second time.
Expected behaviour: “errorsIdentified” in jobProgress table is 2
Test behaviour: “errorsIdentified” is zero.
