Defining a start and end date for a step would be something really helpful.  Capability of setting a start and end date for each step in a Job.   It could be dates relative to the dates of the steps before, and also the end date could be relative to the start day, representing the duration of the step.

So, steps should be seen like task in a project with it own start and end date but concatenated to other task in a sequence.  At this point, the dashboard should be able to show each job with it status taken from the status of the actual step (s).  So if one step is overdue, the whole job will be shown as overdue.  Then I would be able to see which step(s) are being overdue o being executed at that moment.  So the dashboard not only shows the jobs but also the step (s) actually being executed.

Another useful thing coming from having a start and end date in each step, would be to see a diagram of each step connected to the others locating them according the start and end date, in the similar way as a Gantt diagram.

It is something basic and very necessary for those who work with WM.

Please include in new March version! Thank you

The goal of using WM in our company is to see the steps that take the longest to complete a Job.

It is important to have the start and end dates of each step to monitor the flow.

Please can you develop this improvement.

Thanks you
