New 1010 UN Errors after adding rules

I disabled the network topology on a Utility Network and added new Structural Attachment & junction-junction connectivity rules. After re-enabling the topology, there are new 1010 errors where the clients have Low voltage and Medium voltage lines mapped on top of each other, even though they are not supposed to be connected. The first time we deployed the migrated data from the Asset Package, this error did not show up. Now after adding unrelated rules, the errors are showing up.

Is there a reason that the Network is now viewing these 2 lines as connected when it was not before?

Were there previously errors on those lines that were resolved by the configuration changes you made? If so, resolving those errors may have allowed the topology validation to examine them more deeply and discover these additional problems.
