Containment issues in the utility network

I have pump station which is surrounded by the structure boundary of the water pump station, So i decided to make the water pump station structure boundary, polygon as a container. I tried to add the rule to it, but seems like its not possible, so is there a way i can make the structure boundary to contain my pumps?

In you screen shot, your rule type is Junction-Junction, not containment.

Oh yeah , first i went with containment and it didnt work so i tried for the others too for the structure boundary and it didnt work,

Check the association roles on those Asset Groups/Types in StructureBoundary.  They need to have the container status to have a containment rule.
