remove location sharing tracks from mobile device

We have a survey123 connect survey that requires location tracking. On the mobile device, the tracks are still showing and we've not been able to remove them. I tried the instructions in the the FAQ here https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/get-started/faqgetanswers.htm#anchor19

But they are never removed.

Any ideas?

You can also navigate to:

  • WindowsC:\Users\<username>\ArcGIS\My Survey123\data\esri.AddIn.Tracking
  • iOSSurvey123/Documents/ArcGIS/My Survey123/data/esri.AddIn.Tracking
  • AndroidAndroid/data/com.esri.survey123/files/ArcGIS/My Survey123/data/esri.AddIn.Tracking

and delete the Tracking.sqlite file.

I had to plug the Android into the computer to see that file.
