Adding repeats retroactively to Published Surveys
I am trying to add a repeat function to a form that has already been published. I have a post in the community that indicates that it is possible (linked below)

I have followed this workflow and created the table using a CSV. I imported it into AGOL and manually created the relationship class using the parameters in the image attached. This was successful and the relates in Properties for both the feature layer in question and another which was published with a repeat in it from the beginning.
I overwrote the original feature layer and the table appeared in AGOL within the feature service however when I tried to publish the repeat in Survey123 I got this message:
I have checked the names of the repeat tables in S123 and AGOL and they both appear to match
