I am trying to attach a photo to a text in my Briefings presentation, but when i try to open the attachment and open the picture, this is cropped to the extension of the screen and does not keep its original size and view (like in the picture below). How can I fix the issue?
Solved! Go to Solution.
@MATTIANICCOLI -- Images added as attachments in a briefing are currently always set to FILL the screen. I realize this is not ideal in your case. We are looking into changing this and also would like to add the ability for you to choose whether you want the image to FIT or FILL the screen (as offered in other areas). At this time, we don't have a timeline on when these enhancements might be available.
For now, you can try capturing a screenshot of your image at a different aspect ratio to see if you can get the critical areas to fit on the screen or add your existing image directly to the briefing slide (not as an attachment).

@MATTIANICCOLI -- We looked into this more, and this appears to be a bug that was recently introduced. Image attachments were previously set to FIT, but they are now set to FILL.
We are working on addressing this and a fix should go out in our upcoming release next week.
