Image Base Layer in Express Map Annotation Bug

Hi all,

I’m encountering a bug with the new Express Map Image feature. When using the “Draw an Area/Box/Circle” tool to annotate an image, dragging the image left or right causes the annotated area to glitch and stretch across the image.

@BryceDrachenberg - I have a feeling that you might be trying to draw a feature across the international dateline. This currently isn't supported in express maps. I'm not sure if this is supported by the ArcGIS map viewer sketch tools, but you can try to do what you want there and then bring the web map into your StoryMap.
