Map Actions - Reversion to Home Map View

I recently had the idea for a storymap to automatically revert a map action back to the home view of the web map. For our audience, who aren't always familiar with how map actions work, I think this would be a great addition/option to storymaps. I use map actions quite often to emphasize certain points within the narrative, and I even find myself leaving a map action active as I'm editing a storymap. I think this could be done two ways, but I'm sure there are more:

1. Have the map action time out and revert back to the home view, say 30 seconds after selecting the map action.
2. As the reader continues to scroll through the story and the text that triggers the map action leaves the screen, the map reverts back to the home view.

I think one of these "selectable" options to choose for a map action to revert back to the home view would be amazing! Please comment or make suggestions so we can get ESRI's attention and see this come to life. Thanks in advance for supporting this cause!
