I am new to BIT files and want to know the following.
I am trying to find the difference between .FLT and .BIT raster files can someone tell me the difference?
Context I am trying to create a Elevation 32bit Geotiff. from xyz Values . I have been told you can create a .BIT files and just change the File type after export from .BIT to .FLT and change the headers file to .FLT. Is there any issues with this ?
