ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: The “Cluster and Outlier Analysis (Anselin Local Moran's I)” tool ends up with  “The default neighborhood search threshold was 159.4839 Meters.” warning,

 

I couldn’t figure out why the “Cluster and Outlier Analysis (Anselin Local Moran's I)” tool ends up with  “The default neighborhood search threshold was 159.4839 Meters” warning

 

What does the threshold of 159.4 meters refer to here?
