Hey ArcGIS Online Team,
We're looking for a way to restrict zoom scales for 2D web maps and 3D web scenes. We are aware of this functionality in Web App Builder for 2D maps (but not possible in 3D WAB scenes).
Is there a way to do restrict zoom scales outside of WAB (in a web map) and/or for 3D web scenes?
