Hi everyone,

I'm having some trouble. I seem to be out of credits. I thought that my subscription gave me online ArcGIS online credits, and I just renewed my subscription (ArcGIS for Personal Use Annual Subscription Renewal, $100). I am losing about 2+ credits a day  but I can't even access my stuff to delete things I have published. Since I have credits whenever I try to manage things to delete them it won't let me. I don't know what to do. Please help! I had no idea I was running out of credits, which is my fault, but I'm new to the software and didn't realize the credits were a thing. It's my fault but now I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any advice? I am at negative 26 credits and it's dropping more every day.

You should be able to access your stuff and delete content although you have a negative number of credits. Log in to ArcGIS Online and go to the Status tab of the Organization page. There you can find detailed information about what it is that is consuming your credits. You can read more here: View and report status—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation

The dashboard is great. You can see it go down when I delete things. I do my analytics in Pro not AGOL so all of my credits go toward storage
